Fabric Submission & Pickup Policy

Many of our menswear and children's pieces are made bespoke from fabric our clients bring in. This policy applies to all custom orders made from client-supplied fabric, and keeps production smooth and your items protected.
Submission & approval
All client fabrics submitted to TRIBEKANNA must be accompanied by confirmed style/design approval and a payment commitment before production begins.
Pending fabric, 14 days
Fabrics dropped off without approved styles, measurements, or payment will be kept for a maximum of 14 days. If no confirmation or payment is made within this period, the client must pick up the fabric.
Completed outfits, 7 days
Completed outfits must be picked up within 7 days after notification. Items not picked up within this period may attract a storage fee of 2% of the total order value per week, payable before the item is released.
Abandoned items, 30 days
Any fabric or completed outfit left for more than 30 days without payment, approval, pickup, or communication may be treated as abandoned. TRIBEKANNA will not be responsible for damage, fading, stains, dampness, insects, or fabric deterioration caused by long-term storage.
Your agreement
By submitting fabric to TRIBEKANNA, the client agrees to this policy.
